For customers using export courier services from Australia to Korea, we provide information on precautions you must be aware of and items that cannot be exported.
⚠️ Precautions for using the service
1. Additional cost information
a. An additional $5 fee will be charged for delivery to Jeju Island.
b. For oversized shipments, an additional charge of $25 per box will apply.

Oversize criteria:

Actual weight or volumetric weight of 20 kg or more

The sum of the three sides (length + width + height) is 160 cm or more
-
The length of one side of the width, length, or height is 100 cm or more
-
c. If the packaging is poor, the courier company in Korea may refuse delivery. If refused, the product will be sent via “Daeshin Express” at the recipient’s expense.
d. If the actual weight or volumetric weight exceeds 25 kg, there is a high probability that the courier will refuse delivery. If refused, the package will be sent via “Daeshin Express” at the recipient’s expense.
e. Parcels can be stored free of charge for up to 2 weeks from the date of arrival. After that period, storage fees will apply.
2. Damage and loss compensation standards
a. Compensation will be made based on the price stated on the shipping invoice.
b. Compensation is available up to ₩500,000 , and claims must be made directly with the delivery company in Korea.
3. Customs clearance amount limit
a. List clearance (general goods): less than USD $150
b. General customs clearance (food and functional cosmetics): Under USD $150
4. Purchase quantity limit per item
a. If the purchase quantity for each item exceeds the limit, delivery may be difficult.

Health functional foods: up to 6

Cosmetics: Up to 12

Honey: up to 5 kg

Powdered milk: up to 5 kg

Perfume: Total volume 60ml or less (no limit on quantity)

Nuts: Roasted only

Personal medications: A doctor's prescription translated into Korean is required.

Processed meat products are not allowed to be brought in (if discovered, they will be destroyed and subject to animal quarantine for at least 2 weeks)

Green tea: Up to 500g can be taxed and cleared after quarantine.

Wool blankets: Only one per day can be cleared through customs.

Coffee: 5kg or less (green coffee beans not allowed)

Alcohol: 1 bottle (1L or less), only liquor tax and education tax are levied for purchases under USD $150; customs duty + liquor tax + education tax are levied for purchases over USD $150.

Excise duty: (taxable price + customs duty) × 30%

Education tax: State tax × 10%

All animal supplies are subject to animal quarantine and are destroyed if they fail quarantine.

All flammable products cannot be shipped (hair spray, etc.)
5. Customs clearance standard per person per day
a. If the daily customs clearance limit per person is exceeded or if false declaration of items or quantities is made, the goods may be disposed of or customs duties may be imposed.

Please be careful not to have your product arrive on the same day as an overseas direct purchase product.

When filling out your package, please accurately enter the "Brand Name + Product Name." False or omitted information may result in serious issues during customs clearance in Australia and Korea, including return of the package, fines, and disposal.

If you arrive at Incheon Airport on the same day, you may exceed the daily customs clearance limit per person, in which case you may be subject to customs duties and VAT, or your cargo may be destroyed.

Cosmetics, health foods, etc. that you have been using cannot be shipped (including luggage returned to your country).
