  1. Please consult with the person in charge in advance as additional charges may apply for cargoes that are bulky compared to their weight .

  2. Complete cargo packaging is also the responsibility of the customer, and additional packaging cannot be provided at the pick-up site. Therefore, we are not liable for any problems caused by packaging errors.

  3. Cargoes whose contents are not accurately written on the waybill may be opened and inspected by the collection company or the airline without prior consent from the customer.

  4. Due to the nature of international courier, the carrier is not responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by delays in customs clearance and delivery.

Items that cannot be brought into Australia

  • Customs Prohibited Items: Food, health food, pharmaceuticals, processed meat products (including animal feed and snacks), batteries for electronic products, and flammable products (including glue)

  • The above items cannot be shipped. For other cargoes, please contact our person in charge.
